We have a full training matrix for all employees (available upon request).Site staff are extensively trained in operating plant and tools safely,all are CSCS certified,including management.
We work closely with the CITB and other external training bodies to ensure that our employees training exceeds current legislation.Regular toolbox talks and constant visits from our safety officer to sites ensure that safety and training are the top priorities.
Our management have vast experience in the surfacing business and have been selected from various parts of the industry which adds to our professionalism and expertise as a company.Staff have been drawn from quarrying,civil engineering,quantity surveying,accountancy,general construction and sales backgrounds.This enables us to provide a total package for our clients,from initial design to project completion.
